Purchases on account

When you register to make payments on account, paymorrow or partner companies engaged by paymorrow will submit your address data to credit agencies for creditworthiness and credit checks, in order to assess the liability risk and to obtain a credit rating. This will be carried out within the scope permitted by law and taking into account your legitimate interests in your details not being transmitted or used. We obtain information on your past payment behavior from the credit agencies listed below, which store data for the provision of information:

For the purposes of their own credit checks, paymorrow or partner companies engaged by paymorrow may retrieve credit information based on mathematical and statistical techniques from the above agencies. For such cases, you hereby agree to the disclosure of your first and last names, street, house number, zip code, town/city, date of birth and telephone number to the above-mentioned agencies. paymorrow shall ensure, in this connection, that both its partner companies and the above-mentioned agencies process and/or use the data solely for the purpose for which it is intended. Checking customer data for these purposes is therefore also of benefit to you as the end customer.

Purchases on account – identity check

If you make purchases on account via paymorrow GmbH, your personal data will be transmitted to SCHUFA (SCHUFA Holding AG, Kormoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, Germany) for identity-checking purposes, and SCHUFA will then notify paymorrow GmbH of the degree of concordance (in percentage terms) of the personal details stored by it with the personal details supplied by you. SCHUFA will also provide paymorrow GmbH with details of any identity check supported by ID documentation that it or another contract partner has carried out in the past. paymorrow GmbH can therefore use the concordance rates transmitted to identify whether a person is stored in SCHUFA's database under the address provided by that person. No further exchanges of data are carried out and no different addresses are transmitted. Furthermore, your data will not be stored in the SCHUFA database. For legal documentation reasons, only the fact that your address was checked by SCHUFA will be recorded.
