- What are the options to place an order?
You can order comfortably in our Online Shop. Here you have following options: Purchase without registration or purchase by registering a free customer account.
- What data must be entered when placing an order?
We only ask for data that is really necessary for the purchase such as name, email address, invoice address and delivery address (in case your delivery address differs from the invoice address). According to your chosen payment method required data will also be asked for.
- Can I track the status of my order?
As soon as your order has left our logistics an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. With this tracking number you can track your delivery status.
- What can I do if I forget my password?
Please click here if you have forgotten your password. After entering your data, an email with a temporary password will be sent to you. With this temporary password you may login and create a new password. Please follow the instructions in the email. . .
- What is the delivery time?
Usually we sent via UPS. Available stock items are ready for delivery within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. The UPS delivery time is not taken into account as it is beyond our scope of influence. Usually the UPS delivery for standard delivery is 1-3 working days and express delivery is 1 working day.
- How can I redeem a voucher?
If you have a voucher you can enter the voucher code in the shopping cart and then complete your order.
- My voucher code does not work – what can I do?
Please check the following: Is the voucher still valid? Did you reach the minimum order value? In case of a system error, please send us the voucher code and we will check the incident.
